9th Annual Race for the Inlet

The 2014 Race for the Inlet is being held on Saturday, March 29 at 8am. The race offers a 5K walk or run with optional chip timings, or an 8K chip-timed run or walk. Late registration rates ($20 regular or $25 with timing chip) run from March 13 – March 25. Packet Pick-Up and day-of registrations will cost $25 regular or $30 with chip. Timing chips are necessary to qualify for awards that will be presented immediately following the race at the park. Race timings are provided by Race Management Systems. It is a fun, family event suitable for all ages and skill levels. Proceeds benefit Murrells Inlet 2020, a community non-profit organization, dedicated to preserving the Inlet, while growing and promoting our community, commerce and lifestyle.
