(CONCORD, NC)- At Charlotte Motor Speedway, Five-time Sprint Cup Champ Jimmie Johnson and Seven-Time NHRA Top Fuel Champion went head-to-head for a duel burnout.
But just like the crowd, Johnson was left watching as Schumacher left the 44 Chevy in the dust. After the event, Johnson told the media he couldn’t believe how fast Top Fuel Dragsters go.
Schumacher will be at zMax Dragway this weekend for the NHRA Carolina Nationals. Johnson will return to Charlotte Motor Speedway October 12 for the Bank of America 500.
