BM Jonathan Wilson

Seaman Jonathan Wilson, son of Billy and Judy Wilson, is from Pawleys Island, SC where he developed his passion for the coast at an early age. He grew up hunting, fishing, and working on boats his entire life. He has now been placed on the “A-School” list to be a BM (Boatswain’s Mate) which are masters of seamanship, and are capable of performing almost any task in connection with deck maintenance, small boat operations, navigation, supervising all personnel assigned to a ship’s work force or small boat station, and sometimes even law enforcement, and search and rescue.
Each Thursday Night on Not the News, Greg and Kristine will profile a different member of our Armed Services currently serving.
