Preston Heyward Stanley, 24, of Darlington died on Tuesday, June 14, 2011. Funeral services will be held Friday, June 17, 2011 at 11 AM in Chapel of Kistler Hardee Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Grove Hill Cemetery. Surviving are his father, David Wayne Stanley, Sr. of Darlington; and his mother, Melody Oates Stanley also of Darlington; and his maternal grandmother, Nancy Eason of Darlington. Preston was preceded in death by his brother, David Wayne Stanley, Jr. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 PM Thursday, June 16, 2011 at Kistler Hardee Funeral Home.
