Beatrice Hunt Locklear, age 81 of 93 Bea Ann Lane, Rowland was born July 26, 1929 and departed this life Thursday, April 21, 2011 at Southeastern Hospice House in Lumberton, NC. She was preceded in death be her father: Mr. Frank Hunt, her mother: Mary J. Hunt; two daughters: Betty Hunt and Amanda LaBoy; Seven brothers: James Willie Hunt, Willie Foster Hunt, Robert Hunt, Vardale Hunt, Willie French Hunt, Nephew Frankie Lee Locklear and Nathaniel Hunt; two sisters: Tessie Hunt and Ruby Locklear. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, April 23, 2011 at 4:00 PM in Ashpole United Methodist Church, Rev‘s Harold Hunt, Bill Carter and William Chavis, officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
