Cecil “Pop” Spivey, 72 of Mullins Died Sunday, March 27, 2011 in a local hospital. Graveside Services will be at 11:00 am, Tuesday, March 29, 2011 at Devotion Gardens. Meares Funeral of Mullins is providing the service.
