James Henry Garrison, Jr., age 50 of Raeford passed away on Sunday, February 6, 2011. James was born April 29, 1960 in Cumberland County, son of Marie Moule Lambert and the late James Henry Garrison, Sr. He was a former employee of Duke Power and loved watching television. He is survived by his mother, Marie M. Lambert of Raeford and his sister, Rosa L. McCallister and husband Richard of Salem, SC No services are planned at this time.
