Scott, Judy Elaine

Judy Elaine Scott, age 64, of Lumberton, NC passed away on Wednesday, January 26, 2011 at her residence. She was born in Robeson County, NC on July 24, 1946 to the late Knox Scott and Zona Clewis Scott. She previously worked in Customer Service at Lowes Home Improvement. She is survived by her lifetime companion, Charles William “Buck” Hillard, Sr. of the home; two sons, Charles William Hillard, Jr. of Elizabeth City, NC and Keith Wayne Hillard of Williamsburg, VA; three daughters, Rhonda Edwards Fortner of Kings Mountain, NC, Terri Edwards McDowell and husband, Michael of Winnabow, NC and Nonna Gwen Johnson and husband, Robert of Williamsburg, VA; three sisters, Stella Coleman of Hope Mills, NC, Peggy Fields of Fayetteville, NC and Helen Hendren of Lumberton, NC; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Harold Scott, Bobby Scott, Sr. and Henry Scott. A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 28, 2011 at 2:00PM at Floyd Memorial Chapel in Lumberton. Burial will follow in Meadowbrook Cemetery in Lumberton. A time of visitation will be held on Thursday evening, January 27, 2011 from 6:00-8:00PM at Floyd Mortuary & Crematory, Inc., 809 East 5th Street, Lumberton.
