Baldwin, Ruby

Ruby Britt Baldwin, age 81, of Lumberton, passed away on Tuesday, December 28, 2010 at Golden Living Nursing Center. She was born in Robeson County on September 14, 1928 to the late Curley Britt and Gaynell Williamson Britt. Mrs. Baldwin is survived by a son, Gernette Baldwin, Jr. of Lumberton; two daughters, Diane Baldwin Isaacs of Fayetteville and Frances Baldwin of Lumberton; four brothers, Stoney Britt, Jimmie Britt, Jerry Britt and Joe Britt, all of Lumberton; four sisters, Lynn Blackley of Dunn, Brenda Nichols of Goldsboro, Margie Moody of Baltimore, MD and Sally Williamson of Chadbourn; five grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. A Graveside service will be held on Thursday, December 30, 2010 at 11:00AM at Meadowbrook Cemetery with Rev. Joe Bounds officiating. A Visitation will be held on Wednesday evening, December29, 2010 from 6:00-8:00PM at Floyd Mortuary & Crematory, Inc., 809 East 5th Street, Lumberton.
