Randall Steven Perkins, 26, of Florence died Tuesday, December 21, 2010. Randall was born in Florence. He was the son of Randall Steven Huggins and Tammy Perkins Ramsey. He was currently enrolled in Cosmetology School. Randall was employed by Christmas At The Beach and was a loving child with a great sense of humor. Surviving are his mother, Tammy Perkins Ramsey; his father, Randall ‘Randy’ Huggins; his sister, Erica Denis Perkins; his step sisters, Morgan Ramsey and Taylor Ramsey; his special friend, Stuart Cason; his nephew, Brayden Suggs; his maternal grandmother, Frances Perkins; his paternal grandfather, James Huggins. Randall was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Henry Ford Perkins; his paternal grandmother, Rosa Huggins Lloyd; and by his stepfather, Terry Shayne Ramsey. The family will receive friends from 4 until 5 PM Thursday, December 23, 2010 at Kistler-Hardee Funeral Home and other times at the residence of Gene Park, 3207 Springvalley Drive, Florence. Funeral services will be held Thursday, December 23, 2010 at 5 PM in the Chapel of Kistler-Hardee Funeral Home with the Reverend Leroy Lowery officiating.
