Colilla, Robert

Robert “Bob” James Colilla, age 72, died Monday, December 13, 2010. Born September 4, 1938 in Jersey City, New Jersey, he was the son of the late Pete and Lillian Lydecker Colilla. He was involved in roofing for most of his life. During frequent visits from Pastor Frankie Tanner, Mr. Colilla was baptized at Medford Nursing Center. Surviving are his sister, Joyce Dodge; fourteen nieces and nephews; and countless grand and great grand nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a sister, Lorraine Truncellito; a brother, Sonny Colilla; and brother-in laws, Anthony Truncellito and George Dodge. A memorial service will be 2:00 P.M. Friday, December 17 in the Chapel of Belk Funeral Home.
