Walter, Mattie Jackson

DARLINGTON – Mattie Jackson Walter, 89, of Luray, VA, died November 25, 2010. Mrs. Walter was born in Darlington County, daughter of the late Erline and Whit Jackson. She is survived by a son, Rhett Jackson Stogner; a daughter, Pamela Stogner Harris; two granddaughters, Dawn Gleason and Danine Cubbage; 6 great-grandchildren, Ashley Boyle, Kearston Kammerude, Logan Cubbage, Bethany Cubbage, Madison Cubbage and Preston Cubbage. A graveside service will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, December 4, 2010 at Black Creek Cemetery.
