Eggleston, Senora Leggett

Senora Leggett Eggleston, age 86, of Progressive Farm Road in Fairmont died Thursday November 18, 2010 at her home. Born June 5,1924 to the late Cohen and Barry Leggett. Survivors: her husband, Gordon Eggleston of the home; three daughters, Sally McDaniel of Holden Beach NC, Menina “Nena” Bowman of St. Augustine, FL and Wanda Stewart of Clarmont, FL; one step-daughter, Darla Van Ostrand of Brooktondale, NY; four step-sons, Rick Eggleston of Las Vegas, NV, Frank Eggleston of Ithaca, NY, Gordon S. Eggleston of Texas and Larry Eggleston of Belvedere, IL; one brother, Poe Leggett of Fairmont, NC; seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild; numerous nieces and nephews, and step-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Sunday November 21, 2010 at Floyd Funeral Services Chapel in Fairmont at 1:00 PM with Rev. Bruce Stewart and Rev. Greg Locklear officiating. Burial will follow at Floyd Memorial Cemetery in Fairmont. The family will receive friends Saturday evening from 7:00-9:00 PM at Floyd Funeral Services in Fairmont.
