Mr. Milton Brumbles, age 71, of Proctorville,NC died Thursday, November 11, 2010 at Southeastern Regional Medical Center, Lumberton. He was born March 4, 1939 in Robeson County, NC. He is survived by his wife, Janice Collins Brumbles of the home; 2 sons, Jeffrey Milton Brumbles of Proctorville and Michael Dean Brumbles of Seven Lakes, NC; 2 daughters, Penny Byrd of Proctorville and Tammy Musslewhite of Rock Hill, SC; 1 step brother,Gerald Britt of Orrum; 2 sisters, Shirley McLamb of Lumberton and Minnie Carol Taylor of Lumberton; 10 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Mr. Brumbles was preceded in death by his parents, Hoyle Brumbles and Easter Cox Brumbles and a grandson, Jeffery Brandon Brumbles. A Graveside service will be held Sunday, November 14, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at Broadridge Baptist Church Cemetery. Family will receive friends Saturday evening at Floyd Funeral Services in Fairmont from 7-9 p.m. and other times at the home.
