(Died November 7, 2010) Hazel Altman Lee LAKE CITY: Mrs. Hazel Altman Lee, 83, passed away peacefully Sunday, November 7th, 2010. Mrs. Lee was born in Coward on May 13th, 1927. She was a daughter of the late Lester Altman and Inez Miles Altman, and was the widow of the late Marvin H. Lee. Mrs. Lee attended Camp Branch Pentecostal Holiness Church and worked for Wentworth Manufacturing. Mrs. Lee‘s surviving family includes her daughter, Shirley Filyaw (William), of Lake City; her three grandsons, Landy David Filyaw (Terri), of Lake City, William “Billy” Filyaw, Jr., of Lake City, and Christopher D. Filyaw (Stephanie), of Myrtle Beach; her three great-grandchildren, Landy David Filyaw, II (Tiffany), of Kingstree, Bryce Julius Filyaw, of Lake City, and Christian Dallas Filyaw, of Myrtle Beach; and six great-great-grandchildren, Landon Gage Filyaw, Dalton Lee Filyaw, Jessie Chockley, all of Kingstree, Hunter Morris, Erica Scolari, and Kristen Scolari, all of Myrtle Beach. Mrs. Lee is preceded in death by her sister, Leona Feagin. The family of Mrs. Lee will have visitation from seven o‘clock until nine o‘clock p.m., Monday, November 8th, 2010 in the funeral home. Funeral services for Mrs. Lee will be held at three o‘clock p.m., Tuesday, November 9th, 2010 in the Camp Branch Pentecostal Holiness Church. Burial will follow in the Lake City Memorial Park.
