Edward Hunter Warren

Edward Hunter Warren, 72, beloved father and the husband of Betty Tindall Warren, went home to be with his Lord on Sunday morning, October 24, 2010, at the McLeod Hospice House. Mr. Warren, a son of William Ervin Warren and Dorothy Brandon Warren, was born on August 29, 1938, in York, SC. He was an avid outdoorsman enjoying hunting and fishing. He attended the Word of Life Church. He leaves behind: his wife; one son, Edward Hunter “Eddie” (Pamela) Warren; and one daughter, Ronda Warren Hardee; 7 grandchildren; extended family, Paul (Flora Jean) Vereen, Ricky Vereen, Timmy Vereen, Will Vereen, Debbie V. Collins, Lois V. Hughes, Tammy V. Cox, and Cheryl (Mark) Powell; 19 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, and 1 great great granddaughter; five brothers, Ken (Jane) Warren, Charlie (Janice) Warren, Fred (Bonnie) Warren, Clyde (Cindy) Warren, and Randy Warren; and a number of nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by: his parents; two daughters, Kim Warren and Gwendolyn Warren; and one sister, Phyllis W. Wright. The Warren family will receive family and friend from 6-9 PM Tuesday evening, October 26, 2010 at the Hemingway Chapel of McKenzie Funeral Home.
