Mary Frances Collins Suggs

6/8/1922 – 10/23/2010 Mary Frances Collins Suggs, age 88, died Saturday, October 23, 2010 in a local hospital. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, October 25 in Philadelphia Southern Methodist Church Cemetery, directed by Belk Funeral Home. Born June 8, 1922 in Marion County, she is the daughter of the late Thomas Allen Collins and the late Mollie Jones Collins. She was preceded in death by her husband, Sam Suggs, brothers: Mack, Clifton and Lexton Collins; sisters: Annie Mae C. Webb, Emma C. Stokes and Katherine C. Stewart. She is survived by many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at Belk Funeral Home from 5-6 Sunday evening. Memorials are suggested to Philadelphia Southern Methodist Church, where Mrs. Suggs was a lifelong member, 1665 Philadelphia Street, Darlington, SC 29532.
