A power outage lead to a holiday nightmare at Atlanta's Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport.

  The world’s busiest airport, Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta lost power Sunday, bringing air traffic to a screeching halt. The outage left thousands of passengers going nowhere fast. Terminals started overflowing with would-be air travelers and planes just sat on the tarmac. No power also meant no essential basics, like food and other services.
