CHARLOTTE, NC: The NASCAR Hall of Fame celebrates one year in business on Wednesday, May 11. But since opening to the public, the Hall hasn't had a smooth ride due to fewer visitors and budget shortfalls. Can they put away the yellow flag during year two? FNR's Anna Kooiman talks with Executive Director Winston Kelley about the upcoming celebrations and the future of the Hall of Fame.
